Sir Winston is the Office Manager, he joined The Fresh Group family with no experience at just 10 weeks old. Winston makes sure everyone is welcomed, warns off intruders and makes sure that everyone is doing their job with his frequent patrols. Winston is very unapologetic about his slobbery jaw and loves to share it with everyone.

Joseph comes with many years of experience in the hospitality industry after starting a career in hotels when he was just 13 years old. He has experience in many environments from 5* hotels to branded restaurants, members bars to commercial nightclubs and is the brain child of the Fresh Group, developing services to compliment and support the trade that he feels ever so passionately about.

Mathew Roberts

Mathew is a senior hospitality professional with (too many) years of experience in the sector. He is naturally a forward thinker and loves nothing more than working closely with our clients. Mathew heads up our business development at the highest level, specialising in client liaison. He is an integral part of Fresh Talent always delivering for his clients. Joseph-James and Mathew go back many years where they have both worked on many projects, events and venues together maintaining a key understanding of each others strengths.

Graeme has over 10 years of experience in service delivery across a range of industries including hospitality. Graeme manages the back office and prides himself on ensuring that our teams are fully prepared and have all of the information they need to deliver. He loves nothing more than delivering just the service that the client requested ensuring a match made in heaven between us and you every time. His passion for this business shows in his dedication.

Grace Clayfield

Grace is a professional with heaps of passion for training and delivering development. Her 10 years of experience within hospitality and across other sectors including customer service, sales, recruitment and management makes her a strategic and forward thinker. Grace’s loves to support others in their role and relishes in seeing them grow. She is always looking for ways to engage by creating and developing new and innovative ways to train our teams.
